Course contents
During this two-day advanced course, participants will learn the diagnosis, physical examination and manual trigger point therapy of selected muscles of the lower half of the body. Theoretical and practical content from the MT 1 course will be repeated and deepened. This is a training program with immediate clinical applicability upon completion. It is a hands-on course with consistent supervision, where participants practice manual trigger point therapy on each other. In addition to the practical work, the current literature will be addressed at the MT 2 courses.
