  Salve ottimo per il video , avrei una domanda è possibile il verificarsi di microlesioni nei tessuti perforati con conseguente cicatrizzazione e tessuto connettivo cicatriziale?

  È una buona domanda, ma non è ancora stato dimostrato. Se lo fosse, probabilmente sarebbe solo a livello microscopico, senza rilevanza clinica. Se così non fosse, molte persone in tutto il mondo ne avrebbero già manifestato i sintomi, dato che la DN è utilizzata da quasi 30 anni.
